Floor deck is framed from precision, pre-cut lumber from the Unibilt warehouse.
Exterior sidewalls are prepared for mounting on the floor deck, using 2 x 6 construction.
Foam adhesive attaches drywall to exterior and center wall framing.
Completed sidewalls are raised for mounting on the floor deck.
Engineered roof trusses, designed and built in-house, are assembled on roof jig table.
Cranes position the roof on the frame. The roof is…rt and efficient completion on the building site.
Electrical, telecommunication and data systems are wired into the house before the drywall goes up.
Plumbing is installed using quality, flexible products.
The drywall goes up and is expertly taped and finished.
The wall insulation is put into place.
Roof sheathing is installed to enclose the top of the home.
The high ceilings of the Unibilt plant allow for t…tion that has never been exposed to the elements.
A layer of sub-siding is applied to exterior walls.
Ceilings are expertly finished, and interior walls are painted.
Windows are each professionally and carefully set by Unibilt’s window specialists.
After the house wrap, siding is installed.
Doors, both interior and exterior, are hung and co…letely installed for years of excellent function.
Flooring, from a wide selection of products, is installed.
Counter tops are fabricated in-plant for a perfect fit.
Choice, quality cabinets are installed in a beautiful Unibilt kitchen.
Paint is touched up, nicks are eliminated and each section is inspected for a quality finish.
One module of a new home is wrapped up and ready for delivery.
