New Granite Countertop offering from Unibilt is proving to be a very popular option to add a touch of class to Kitchens and Baths.
At the request of many customers and Unibilt Builder/Contractors we made the decision to offer Granite as an option to replace standard laminate and even Solid Surface countertops. The new Granite offering features six
different colors of Granite for kitchen and bath counter surfaces. The tops are factory installed arriving complete to the Unibilt builder and their customer thus saving the builder and the customer time and hassle to coordinate a field install of the product through local sub-contractors.
Granite tops are supplied by Lifestyle Kitchens and Design, a division of Nisbet Brower based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Installation includes a double bowl S.S. sink, 4” backsplash, dishwasher bracing and professional seaming where required. The Granite comes in a 3cm thick slab with a choice of edges. The picture shows our very first Granite top on a spec home sold by R.E. Becker Builders of Wapakoneta, Ohio. It’s the icing on the cake!
