K.C. Becker designed the four bedroom, master down home which went on the production line prior to the Christmas holidays.  The home was produced in just over three weeks of production time and was set on a crawl space foundation on January 28 of 2015.  Through some very cold and inclement weather R.E.Becker crews had the home ready to be shown in under 45 days!  The only remaining work includes final grading, the laying of stone on the exterior, and the pouring of sidewalks/driveway.  While speed isn’t always a good thing, in this case the beauty of modular construction coupled with efficient planning on the part of R.E.Becker Builders resulted in a speedy completion.  Other homes being built conventionally in the same subdivision are yet to be completed after over five months of construction.  Speed and time to completion are just one of the modular advantages.

The Two Story home features a large master suite on the first floor, a Cape Style wing with a finished bonus room above, four large bedrooms with walk-in closets, open floor plan, large spacious kitchen with numerous cabinets and granite counter tops and a two car attached garage.  A country style covered porch with Craftsman columns adds to the charm and curb appeal of this  R.E.Becker/Unibilt Two Story.
