Although Unibilt offers over 85 standard floor plan designs in Cape, Ranch and Two Story style homes we virtually never build exactly one of those floor plans.  We are often asked to change room sizes, add windows, add or eliminate doors, widen openings (many of our openings exceed 18 feet), add cabinets, reverse floor plans, flip floor plans, add a Cape style roof to a portion of the house, ----the list is virtually endless.  Many times we are presented with an entirely new floor plan that does not remotely resemble one in our catalog----we build what our clients want, not what we want to build.  We understand that a family will be making a very personal decision in choosing their new home…….we take it personally and aim to please.

Our team of experienced designer/drafters will often present two, three, or four versions via print to the builder and their customer.  We’ll do it until we have designed exactly to meet our clients’ requirements.  In most cases this is all at no additional cost to our builder or our clients.  We use the most current version of Auto Cad software which allows us extreme flexibility in home design.  Customization not only in floor plan design but in cabinetry, counter tops, windows and flooring is the way we do business at Unibilt.
