Unibilt Industries Receives Certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise

Vandalia, Ohio – November 2, 2011 – Unibilt Industries, Inc., a business specializing in, building custom modular homes, received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Ohio River Valley – Women’s Business Council, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Ohio River Valley – Women’s Business Council is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations, and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.

New Homes for the Detroit Suburb of Hamtramck, Michigan

Unibilt Industries is in the final planning stages of project that will bring 21 new homes to Hamtramck. A suburb of Detroit, this culturally rich and internationally diverse community is looking forward to a cluster of new homes.

Building 41 New Living Units in Parkersburg WV

Unibilt Industries completed their portion of the a 6 building, 53 module, 41 living unit project in Parkersburg, West Virginia, On June 3, 2010.

The first module was set on March 22nd, and the process continued on with the last module of this vast new housing project set in less than 11 weeks. That’s fast!

Units in the first 2 buildings are are being rented by the developer Castle Ventures of Morgantown, WV. Unibilt is pleased to partner with others in providing quality homes for the residents of Parkersburg.
